Xoliswa is a purposeful and driven woman from Alexandra Township on a mission to become a global change-maker. She is the founder of Colab4Growth, a personal mastery and venture building consultancy for SMME’s. She is an entrepreneur, SMME strategist and equity activist with over 16 years experience in the development sector. She has dedicated her life and career to facilitating and advancing the economic inclusion, participation and prosperity of African people in the formal economy through access to entrepreneurship and/or employment opportunities.
