Dr. Mazwai serves as a Resident Executive at the Wits Business School and holds honorary professorships in entrepreneurship at both the University of the Western Cape and the University of Fort Hare. His influence extends to the Presidential BEE Advisory Council, where he works on policies fostering inclusive economic growth and the Black Business Council (BBC), where his advocacy shapes the future of South African entrepreneurship. His expertise has also been sought internationally.
